The first grade sports clubs in Doha, were to be totally renovated. These included Al-Arabi, Al-Wakrah, Al-Khor and Qatar Sports Clubs.
Renovation works included complete architectural re-design services. An architectural envelope and features for each individual club, including upgrading of the external elevation, shading structure and landscaping of the external areas, were to be redesigned. In addition, engineering services for the complete design, including the structural system for the covering, cooling system for stadium, wind & air studies of the entire area, were to be provided.
